Feature request: Dual band AP mode #1948

Is your feature request related to a problem?
For devices with multiple WLAN adapters that support AP mode, provide an option to host a second AP. This is often referred to as "dual band" mode, such that clients are able to connect to either a 2.4GHz or 5GHz AP, depending on the capabilities of their device.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide an option to configure a secondary adapter, create a configuration and (re)start the hostapd service with multiple configurations.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Previously, the docs had an experimental page with instructions on how to create this setup by executing hostapd from the shell. This solution should be entirely within the UI.
