the user names and role names are fixed. They don't need to be. We might want to allow for default names that can be overwritten by the user.
OTOH there is a one-one relationship between AWS Accounts and Cloud Accounts, so the only time this will be an issue is when the names redislabs-user and redislabs-role are already taken - a very rare likelihood!
