fail reading from flashmemory

How to fix it?

I've tried flashing, re-flashing, new builds, old builds, Mac OS, Windows 11, Linux. I've tried everything, but nothing helps. I don't seem to understand anything. When I try to enter the bootloader, Windows 11 doesn't detect the device at all. When I hold down the button, it's detected as being on, but not in flash mode. It connects to Mac OS and works, but not fully.
