[Bug]: Exclude list not functioning properly

The problem

Exclude list has been created via the instructions, and is included in the same directory as the installer. The installer identifies the exclude list, but seemingly does not process it properly. The app in question (Bluebeam) was listed four different ways: Bluebeam.Revu.21, Bluebeam, Bluebeam.Revu* and "Bluebeam.Revu.21" -- all on separate lines within the text file.

WAU installs to C:\Program Files\Winget-AutoUpdate -- the config file within only has default_excluded_apps.txt, with no mention of my intended excluded application. Logs show that default_excluded_apps.txt gets loaded properly when running WAU, so the error appears to be in the creation of this txt file with regard to the excluded_apps.txt file used during installation.

What version of WAU has the issue?

Correct:
Bluebeam.Revu.21, Bluebeam, Bluebeam.Revu* and "Bluebeam.Revu.21"

excluded_apps.txt should be created in WAU root directory to be recognized and loaded (otherwise the default_excluded_apps.txt from under config is used).
This is working for me, even if installing from C:\test long name:
