Description
When this patch is in effect (Which is basically always do to it being a dependency for modding utils, something basically all mods depend on) it massively changes the functionality of cards that use the functions being patched making several vanilla cards all but useless. For example when using Prisitne Perseverance in an unmodded environment with no other cards means you start the game with 500 HP, if someone was to shot you for 50 damage, that would drop you to 450 which would put you under the 90% limit and the game would drop you max health back to 100 and your current health down to 90. however if the same thing happens with this patch installed your max health will still drop to 100, but your current health will drop to 50. this is the same value it would be at if you had not taken the card in this example. with the mod installed Prisitne Perseverance does not function even close to how it was intended, and only servers as one-shot protection as being dealt more then your base max hp (but less then the inflated max hp) will not kill you but still drop your health to a negative number.
I see this as a very big issue with your patch.
