[Bug] Something wrong with the configure of the theme

Describe the Bug

Like this picture but also happened in other themes. Don't know when it happened and why. Just when I what to change something, I found it.

Expected Behavior

I am trying to fix it by reinstall all the millennium, please tell me if it is no pay to try this and how can I fix it.
