[Bug] YouTube Embed is not working

Describe the Bug

I just realized this bug first 1 week ago and didnt pay attention to it and today ive tried to turn off all my plugins, theme, after it didnt change at all my issue still was present, after that did a full clean reinstall of millennium and its still not showing up youtube embeds

Expected Behavior

To show youtube videos in the chat.

Steps To Reproduce

Just install millennium and youtube embeds in the chat wont work

Concurring, here on linux, works instantly after millenium is removed

Anything to do with YouTube with result in just a black box - this includes Chat and in Workshops Mods, where the modder has linked a YouTube video.

Interestingly though, if you use the Steam Mobile Chat app on your phone, all YouTube videos display YouTube error 153. Whether this has a connection, I'm not sure. Probably due to the fact the app is years out of date and Valve tend to neglect it.
