Add OfferingComparisonPage #149
Description
this page will be navigated to after clicking the FeeDetails widget in either the DepositPage, WithdrawPage, or RemittancePage and will:
- allow users to see what other pfis have the same offering currency pair
- render details like the pfi logo, exchange rates, and service fees
