Slow layout calculation for large graphs

The calculation of the graph diagram layout (so the positions of the nodes) is currently the bottleneck in TangleGuard Designer.

It is a computational heavy problem and the the I the implementation does not scale well.

So for nodes > 200 in gets annoying.

It does need to get release first adopted from by cytoscape.js-dagre (cytoscape/cytoscape.js-dagre#149)

In the long run, there probably needs to a different solution
