[FEATURE] A place for quick notes and Clipboard data

It would be very useful to add a section where you can write quick notes that can be retrieved, and the ability to manage clipboard data, choosing what you want to paste from the history or from your favorites. Like in the Unclutter app.

@itzsleepyy PR #732 is an open PR for notes, and https://github.com/Steve-sy/BoringNotchPlus is a fork that implements a modified version of the clipboard PR that is open, so I would look at those two places for a starting point.

Thanks for this, looking into both of them. Genuine question: if these things have already been implemented, why haven't they been pulled to a recent version (did he not submit a PR? [talking about notchplus here])

Okay, this is what I have managed to create over the past couple of days ( Been speed coding lol ). The videos below show its current functionality

This combines and resolves PR #732, Issue #695, along with the current issue. I look forward to some feedback before I push this any further. (@rox97, I hope this is what you have envisioned)
