Downlink problem after JoinRequest

I’m using the LoRaWAN simulator and I’ve created a virtual gateway and a LoRa device:

As far as my chirpstack is concerned, I installed all the components and their dependencies from there : Debian / Ubuntu - ChirpStack open-source LoRaWAN® Network Server documentation

As you can see, my device keeps sending “JoinRequests” and I can’t figure out where these errors are coming from.

I deploy on Ubuntu VPS, and config like the document. But I get this issue
