Allow {screen-content} placeholder for custom command

Hey, it would be really cool if we could use a {screen-content} placeholder (like how we can with {browser-tab}) inside custom commands.
I find myself needing to use AI to write text based on my screen/active app, but I can't control the prompt with the standard "ask about screen" command.

Or, as an alternative solution, give the ability to create custom prompts for the "ask about screen" command.

In any case, thanks a lot for this awesome extension.
