Support passing arguments like which version to create, 7zip or not etc

Something like `slim-nvidia-drivers.bat -buildtype slim foo.exe`.

Would be nice if the order of arguments didn't matter though.

EDIT: might also be worth having an argument to generate the different slim version for RTX cards (IIRC some more files need to be present there, I just don't have such card to try)
