"account_admin_groups" does not work as expected
Steps to reproduce
- set up UST for Sign sync and add local LDAP group(s) under account_admin_groups with a couple of accounts to be managed as account admins in Sign
- run UST with this config
- The result: the accounts in question are not managed for this role and the old format of assigning account admins needs to be used with the warning in the log for its deprecation
Expected behavior
Accts that are members of the groups mentioned under account_admin_groups are provided (if not yet have) account admin role in Sign
