[Task] Enumerate Past Meetings via Indico API

For each endpoint, use the Indico API to:

• List all past (and optionally future) meetings/events in that category.
• For each event, extract:
  • Title, date, event ID, full URL, category, etc.
  • Links to minutes, agenda, and all attached files (PDFs, slides, etc).
• Save a summary of all events (with links to docs/minutes) as a JSON or CSV for downstream processing.
