Test the ingestion pipeline with a single category/meeting.

  • Log/collect stats: number of meetings processed, docs downloaded, failures, chunks created, etc.
  • Add unit tests for API fetching, PDF extraction, chunking, and ingestion.
  • Document edge cases and pipeline limitations.
