[python3_13] Update changes from source.

The python3_13 is out of date from https://github.com/RobEin/ANTLR4-parser-for-Python-3.13. Merge the differences, including the targets not implemented in this repo here. Make a note that the grammar here is derived from https://github.com/RobEin/ANTLR4-parser-for-Python-3.13.

Yes, I’m aware of it and I’m working on it.
The new lexer/parser grammar and the Java port are already completed.
I’m currently working on the other ports, including new ones such as C++, Go, and Dart.
