Resource file size limit 1M

DS on k8s deployment mode，When I try to upload files to the resource center, I find that files with a size of more than 1M will fail in the process of uploading and remain stuck.

In DS on k8s deployment mode, we use ingress to expose DS services.
The upload size defined by nginx ingress controller is 1M. by default.
We need to modify the ingress.yaml file:
