When i development on IDEA,Starting LoggerServer has error

my development environment is IDEAE2019.3、JDK1.8.201、Zookeeper3.6.3、maven3.6.3、win10x64

This may be because the startup port of LoggerServer is occupied. You can try to modify the startup port of LoggerServer to fix it.
