Feature Summary
The process of uploading the release candidates involves multiple steps, including:
- source code tarball creation
- source code tarball signature using https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/texera/KEYS
- artifacts uploading using svn
It would be great to have an automate CI for doing these steps.

Have a Github CI to automate the release candidate artifacts preparation
