tfsec in combination with terragrunt

I am currently looking into the usage of tfsec.
Now I have come over the topic integrating tfsec with terragrunt.
Are there already any best pratices or advices on how to do this?

What "worries" me a little is the issue with inputs in terragrunt, that will not be checked by tfsec (as they are no variable files).
