Allowing third-party extentions compatible

Are there any currently implemented methods that allow third-party extensions (such as those from TurboWarp or similar platforms) to be used in GoboScript? If not, are there any future plans to integrate such functionality by enabling the creation of extensions that bridge third-party extensions and GoboScript?
