Form not proceeding to next page

Need:

Blocking release to prod.

Issue:

• Form not proceeding to next page: Link

Steps tp reproduce:

• Go to a village
• Click 'Add member'
• Register new activity
• In Activity Details page enter the values in the above video
• It doesn't show error and not proceeding to next page

Context:

• Same above scenario using same app version is working in goonj org. There are few fields newly modified in UAT, but they don't seem to be related to the fields for which the issue is occurring.
• When 'Education and Health' is marked as No - it does proceed to next page.

validationResults was getting set to

on load of the group and was not getting reset if the right options were not selected.

Modified the rules for the following form elements in Activity Registration to use rulesconfig pattern instead of regular JS to avoid this issue:

• Number of Plantation - S2S,
• Number of Seed Balls - S2S
