What is the outcome that you are trying to reach?

Now that EFS CSI driver is an EKS add-on we should remove it from blueprints. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/eks-add-ons.html#workloads-add-ons-available-eks

Remove it from main.tf.
