AWS Control Tower - CfCT account exclusion in the manifest

Currently the CfCT manifest allows to specify OUs in each module. However, in certain use cases, we need to be able to exclude an account in the OU for the deployment.

We are asking to implement the already existing functionality for it in CloudFormation: AccountFilterType
Valid values: INTERSECTION | DIFFERENCE | UNION

This will be a handy feature, and we would like to incorporate this as this will indirectly stop deploying few resources in selective accounts, there by saving lot of costs and redundance.
Requesting Amazon to add this feature.
