Use non-US region bucket for Bedrock Data Automation invocation

When invoking BDA runtime via InvokeDataAutomationAsyncCommand, it asks for s3Uri. In our case, we want to use the URI that's outside US region. Currently I am getting ValidationException

ValidationException: Unable to read file from given S3 location. Check bucket name, key, region and read permissions.

I wonder if this is even possible to let BDA access non-US buckets? If not what would be the recommended approach if we don't want to wait for the General Availability of BDA in other regions.

The solution is to copy objects to US region.
