AWS.Tools.ElasticInference not updated on PS Gallery

Describe the bug

Using the update/install module to install the latest v5 modules. It errors when it reaches AWS.Tools.ElasticInference. Checking powershell gallery it is still on v5 preview 2 rather than 5.0.5 or 5.0.6

Expected Behavior

Module is updated in line with others to the latest v5 version

installer fails as the module is not at the correct version on the gallery

Hi Dave,

ElasticInference has been deprecated. Please uninstall this module.

As you have noted, AWS.Tools.Installer fails to obtain the latest version when a module for a deprecated service is installed. We are working on a fix in #340.
