Able to increase staked amount

For the staking expansion, we are able to renew the timelock and add more FPs. but our staking script(btc-staking-ts) as well as the UI does not yet support the increased staking amount.

The scope of this ticket is to enhance the staking expansion features so that user is able to increase amount without doing unbond then re-stake again

yes. whenever you do expansion, the timelock will be renewed anyway
