Track New Additions #2
Description
If #1 is completed, and we did end up adding a SQLite db , then it should be easy to track the last updated time and creation times for new device additions.
These should help with actually showing numbers on the website if there's been any new additions which can be further extended for people by adding features like subscription to check for their specific device, etc, etc
