Upgrade to React 16.5 for Profiling

• Upgrade to React version 16.5
• Profile a few of the page loads to see if there is any low hanging fruit to increase performance.

I can see you have lazy loaded implemented currently, one suggestion I might have is to extend this functionality further with a component preloading strategy. Essentially eliminating the loading of said component's chunk from the server when the user navigates to it.
