Profile Displays Broken Image if not profile image is uploaded #44
Description
- Profile tab should display form-stepper if the user has not filled out the form before (does not have Image or First Name or Last Name).
- We should do this because the Profile displays broken image if no profile image is available. We should have a fallback profile icon.
- Display error message if upload for image is not successful with meaningful error message.
