Update ARM Template to Setup KeyVault and make it a dependency requirement for all other resources #52
Description
- ARM Template should setup KeyVault.
- Pull KeyVault values and secrets from User Secrets Manager in VS 2017 into ARM Template
The project has a dependency on KeyVault, but how to set it up is a manual step. This should be automated with the ARM template so new users can get setup easily.
