request: multiple ports

Not sure if this one qualifies as an issue.
Is it possible to have reverse proxy on different ports?
e.g. site1 --> :443, site2 --> :444, site3 --> :445
(this as an alternative for teamatldocker/jira#32 )
Or should I set up 3x nginx?
