Policy for adding Board Members

How do we fairly add board members who some of us know well, as well as, people who are new to our organization?

Proposal:

• typically people would serve on a board committee for at least three months and attend some board meetings
• some kind of option for board to agree to shorten the process, as long as the new board members has interviewed with a majority of current board members and officers, ideally having some experience volunteering with Bridge Foundry in some capacity
