[Modal border] Update modal images across website #4738
Description
Acceptance criteria
Figure out how many images across the site needs to be update to add the border that use modal. In this issue I would also update left side panel with a border, since it already has the border in code, and there are not many instances of it on our site. Leave tearsheet as is in images, until C4IP adds it to code.
