[Web terminal] Visual separation with Page header #8713
Description
When the Web terminal is open next to a Page header component, the two visually blend together with no separation. We should consider a border or other visual update to better separate the Web terminal from other contexts.

- Explore an update to Web terminal styles that better separates from other components with similar backgrounds
- Ensure that this works across Web terminal variants and themes. Should this be optional? On all the time?
- Create a follow-on issue for dev to update the Web terminal pattern

- Check the website images. Create any follow-on issues for the website update (image, text)
