i can't install dependencies (windows)

Describe the bug
when i try to install the dependencies an error pops up (i am running blender as adm)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'edit/preferences/add-ons/BlendArMocap'
2. Click on 'Install dependencies'
3. See error

• OS: windows
• Blender Version 4.3.2
• BlendArMocap Version 1.6.1 & 1.6.0

i tried both version 1.6.1 and 1.6.0

Same here.
I tried it with Blender 4.4.1 and Blender 3.6.
in the system console the problem seems to be, that mediapipe 0.9.0.1 (that version that is required) is no longer available.
