Installation of mediapipe failed.

Describe the bug
I launched blender as administrator and try to install add-ons but I get an error

To Reproduce
launched blender as administrator,
Downloaded the addon via zip file
pressed the button install dependencies

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [Windows 10]
• Blender Version 3.6 and 4.1
• BlendArMocap Version BlendArMocap_release_161

Additional context
Just in case, is this addon still alive or not?

Get mediapipe from here https://github.com/google-ai-edge/mediapipe, or your installation for python and copy it to your blender root python. It should pick it up then.

downgrade the python version you have to 3.10 or less to work with mediapipe.
mediapipe doesn't work with latest versions of python
