Add visibility into pending report queues and processing times in Codecov UI #803

When reports in PRs appear “broken,” they usually reconcile after some delay due to heavy processing. Right now, there is no visibility into the number of pending reports or the expected processing time. This makes it difficult for teams to provide clear guidance to developers other than “wait.”
Describe the solution you'd like
A UI feature that shows the current number of pending reports and an estimated processing time for new uploads. This visibility would allow teams to set expectations with their developers and reduce confusion when reports don’t appear immediately.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, teams manually check uploads for BASE vs HEAD commits, but this does not provide insight into whether the reports are queued, being processed, or delayed due to system load.
Additional context
Providing visibility into processing queues would help reassure customers and improve trust in the system.
