[Feature Request] PR-level diff coverage for dbt models with status checks and thresholds

The customer would like Codecov to provide PR-level diff coverage that explicitly shows which dbt models were exercised by unit tests. This should include a status check and allow us to set thresholds, so they can enforce coverage standards for dbt models in their CI workflow.
