[vscode] Investigate jumpToSchema already exists conflict

Thanks to Joe we can now repro this reliably:

1. Install Codecov extension
2. Install Kubernetes extension
3. Errors

Something here is conflicting, see if you can figure out why this is happening and whether anything can be done about it.

I face the same issue with redhat.vscode-yaml and the codecov extension installed at the same time.

Note that the Kubernetes extension depends on the RedHat YAML extension. So I think the Kubernetes extension itself doesn't have to do anything with the collision.
