Enhancement: Improve layout consistency between Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages

The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages currently have slight differences in their layout and spacing.
Before:

• Extra spacing at the top of the Privacy Policy page compared to the Terms & Conditions page.
• Heading alignment and margins are not consistent between both pages.
• Background and white content box styling need to be uniform.

After:

• Align both pages so they follow the same layout structure.
• Ensure headings inside the white box have equal spacing from the top.
• Maintain consistent background color and padding across both pages.
• Apply the same border-radius, box-shadow, and margin rules to both content containers.
