Votes and comments don’t clear the math cache #2097
Description
On the public pol.is site (with CACHE_MATH_RESULTS=true), the server only looks at poll settings—like the intro text, questions, and thresholds—when deciding if it should rerun the math service. It ignores new votes and comments, so once it has cached one result, it never updates the visuals again unless you change a poll setting or restart the server.
