[Bug]: Variables and docker-compose updates are not reflected on deploy

Error Message and Logs

I edit the env variables in "Environment variables" or I edit the compose file and save it. Stop the resource, clean everything, then click on Force Deploy.
Coolify still gets old config and every update I do, I need to delete the resource and create a new one that will use the new config.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an application that uses environment variables or a compose file
2. Deploy and run the application
3. Edit the variables or the compose file
4. Deploy again
5. Check if Coolify updated it
