[Bug]: Multiple servers deployment fails

When a deployment is triggered through a GitHub commit the multiple servers deployment degrades the instance and sets the deployment to Queued but it doesn't do anything else.

This is a deployment of a Rails App that works perfectly in a single server but has this problem in multiple servers.

Using Ubuntu 24.04.3 and Dockerfile deployment with self-hosted filesystem docker registry.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy a resource to multiple servers
2.Trigger a deployment with a commit by making a commit to git source

I couldn't reproduce this issue on v4.0.0-beta.434, I am using Github App and docker hub (private repo) and deploying app to 3 servers.

Does it stay queued forever? and will it work if you manually redeploy?

It stays queued forever and if I redeploy it has the same behavior. I have to restart the build server in order to have a successful deployment.
