Windows 11 24H2 German ignoring the Unattend File

Thank you so much for the amazing tool You provide!
I use the Unattend files a lot with my English Win 11 ISOs.
I created with the Windows Installation Media Tool a USB for a Windows 11 24H2 install and copied the Unattend file into the root. I could tell immediately that it hadn't read it as it asked for the keyboard layout on install which is set to German (Switzerland) in the Unattend file.
I think I have another Win 11 ISO but set to German keyboard layout where the Unattend file does not fail. Any advice regarding that? Or perhaps I could check somewhere what exactly it fails on?
As far as I remember the only difference between the 2 Unattend files is the keyboard layout.

Make sure the Windows display language selected on the form matches the language of your installation medium. Otherwise, Windows Setup will ask for your language preferences even if the autounattend.xml file is applied correctly.

@cschneegans Thank You so much for your response. I have ensured what You mentioned and it is still failing. The installation media I created was with the Microsoft Windows Media Installation Tool. Does that have any affect on the autounattend file being ignored?

When Windows Setup starts, press Shift+F10 to open a console window. Then type

notepad X:\Windows\setupact.log

to inspect the log file. The file should look like this:

@cschneegans Thank You for your response. I notice that the file get's ignored straight away as it asks me for the windows display language which is not the way it should be as it is specified in the autounattend file. When I then search for the log file you mention, there is no such file. Does it only get created once the installation on the Disk actually begins or does it create that og file beforehand?
Also another point, I tested with another USB which I created with Rufus and the unattend file does work there. I tried to replicate on this other USB which not with my physical reaching distance and it keeps on failing.

Please check again. The X:\Windows\setupact.log log file is created by Windows Setup even when no autounattend.xml is present.
