Cannot connect to trac 0.10.5 (fedorahosted.org)

When trying to connect to https://fedorahosted.org/bugzilla-triage-scripts/login/xmlrpc (with rght credentials, tested with other trac XMLRPC client; https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-packager/browser/src/fedora-hosted.py using http://fedorahosted.org/offtrac) I get this backtrace

fedorahosted.org trac is 0.10.5 but upgrade to something more recent is not expected anytime soon.
