dapr dashboard move to gcr? #283
Description
With the impending rate limits coming in DockerHub I was doing an audit of things I used that rely on DockerHub because I've been too busy to implement a pull-through cache. I thought it was a bit odd that Dapr data plane comes from GCR where I'm happy that I don't have to worry about the rate limits (I think?) but was surprised that Dapr dashboard comes from DockerHub. Should it be moved in the future?
