Version numbers fail to load on SDK archive

On https://dart.dev/get-dart/archive, the version numbers fail to load:

The error console says:

Oddly if I checkout the sources, build, and deploy to another Firebase project, it works fine!

The error itself is a bit contradictory, since 3 is more than 2. I think it's potentially a regression in the Wasm compiler (in 3.11), since I believe that's what injects this error.

For reference, this is happening when fetching a file in https://github.com/dart-lang/site-www/blob/main/site/lib/src/archive/dart_downloads.dart#L113 when built with dart2wasm on Dart 3.11 beta and main builds. We are building the release deploy with -O2.

What version did you build with? I can reproduce this issue on the beta and main channels, but not stable.

Until we can resolve the issue I'll look into rolling back the site to build and deploy with 3.10.

I also tested with -O1 and -O0. While -O1 still doesn't work, -O0 does seem to work. Rather than switching to that, I still prefer to downgrade to 3.10 for now. I opened dart-lang/site-shared#254 to do so.

The site has now redeployed with a 3.10 build and the archive is working again. I'm going to close this now in favor of tracking the potential dart2wasm regression in dart-lang/sdk#61985 where I included a reduced reproduction. Thanks all!
