New column with major/minor/patch

There could be an additional column that informs about the level of change per package.
It can output "major" for e.g. 1.8.2 to 2.0.4, or "minor" for 1.8.2 to 1.9.7, or "patch" for 1.8.2 to 1.8.7.
Or it could output numbers like 1, 2, 3 for major, minor, patch, which would be easier to sort.

The goal is to easily see which packages have major updates.

(I am putting this out here as a suggestion, lets see if more people want it)
